Windows Directory suddenly Huge!

I have recently reinstalled Windows XP 32 to clean up my system. All seemed fine. Suddenly I look and my Windows directory is over 30 gigs! I have no idea how it got like that. I barely have any programs installed yet. When lookin further into the directory I find a hidden folder called "CSC". This is where all that extra space is being used. Any idea why or what is causing this? What is this folder?
