With regards to this thread, I've discovered that my problem extends beyond simply not being able to add the Fax Services component... it's the same for ANY component I try to add 🙁
One thing I didn't mention in the link shown above is that I have, since getting my laptop, upgraded the HDD (I used an app called Paragon Drive Backup 8 Personal, to clone the old drive to the new).
Could this have messed with some security protocol in Windows? If so, how do I fix this? 😕
I REALLY don't feel like having to format, simply to fix this problem...
