Windows cannot impersonate the user

I created a new user account recently for my dad and now i notice this error in my event system log every few hours or so. Does anyone know how to fix this? I googled it, not much help.

I get this on my machine also... does your machine have problems letting users login/out as a result? Mine will refuse passwords sometimes and the only way to fix it is to reboot the machine.
