Windows Boot Problem Boot Screen >>> Blank

I burned an ISO of Diablo II disc so I could do the nero Image Mount (i guessed it was like Alcohol 120% virtual drive)? I hope to god i didnt F*** anything up... I did the image mount, got an error saying "error mounting image, or you forgot to reboot after mounting the image". I reboot to try and remedy this problem, It shows the post screen, and then when it tries to boot to Windows it just goes black.

No, it doesnt even boot to windows. It just POSTs and then goes blank. i dont even have access to the boot menu. I tried using my Windows XP disc to do FIXMBR and FIXBOOT and neither of them have any effect.

What do you guys think happened in terms of the Nero Mount Image thing and why would this mess up windows boot?

Other than a full backup and reformat (which right now the backup part is not possible, unless i plug in my IDE drive and do it all manually [Which I don't want to do]). How do you guys think i should go about fixing this? right now im trying to find an IDE drive for the worst case scenario, which would be backing up and reformatting my SATA HDD <- The one with boot problems.

See the thing is nothing is working right now, I plug my PATA HDD directly into the IDE slot #1, set that to master and every time i boot it quickly flashes the windows screen and then reboots (this happens in my SATA motherboard AMD 64 Machine). In my non-SATA Mobo it boots the PATA HDD fine.

About 8 hours ago i was able to boot my SATA HDD using my Amd 64 Machine. I rebooted after mounting an image of a copied ISO using Nero (the mount image tool). I thought it was a virtual drive. I got an error saying there was an error mounting the image and that i had to reboot after mounting. I rebooted, POST, everything working, than when it goes to my SATA HDD it just goes black.

I tried pluggin in the PATA HDD into that machine (unplugging the SATA) and it only flashes the Windows Loading screen for a second than reboots. Is this a problem with my HDD, my Mobo? Im not sure. Tomarrow ill try and see if i can test out the HDD on a freinds computer with SATA...
