Windows Audio service keeps stopping itself

First off the jist of the problem is certain services such, mainly Windows Audio, keep stopping for no apparent reason. Also the CryptSrv and Themes services shut down as well (forcing desktop into classic mode); I've read this is because they share the same svchost.exe process.

I can restart the process manually, but this gets annoying. Usually after I restart it, it won't shut off again unless I restart.

System Specs:
Core 2 Duo X6800 @ stock
EVGA 680i nForce motherboard (Currently using the P24 BIOS)
4GB DDR2 PC-6400
Dual Seagate 250GB in Raid 0
Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition 2005

This seemed to start happening after the last time Windows updated itself a few days ago, believe it started on April 2nd. I'm at a loss as to what else to do to fix this, any help would be appreciated.

I've seen it happen before. You've got to try and find what's causing the error. When I saw it, I was able to find an event log error caused by a .dll file involved in xml parsing. So I grabbed the MS update which included the latest version of the file and haven't seen the problem again.
