My computer has managed to change notepad.exe to something called "clean manager". What Cab file is notepad in and how do I get it out without reinstalling??
 
What OS you using?

For 98 and Me, there's an extract file option. Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Information>Tools.

For 98 it's system file checker.
For ME is Tools>System Configuration Utility>Extract File.
 
there's one virus around that changes notepad.exe into note.com
and makes itself notepad.exe.

You should run a virus scan to be sure.
