Has anybody else found that their windows store apps sometimes won't open if your device is offline? Or have found a way to fix it?
I believe its something to do with a mix up with the licence file not syncing properly so windows thinks the apps are not authorised on the device until it checks online. The only solution I have found is to remove your device from microsoft's servers from another computer, wait at least 20 minutes before reset the device to factory settings and letting it all reregister as a new device.
I'm hoping that someone else may have a less drastic approach to try first.
