Question Windows always requiring a Pin, i dont want this

Since i did a fresh Win 10 install, windows has always asked me to type in my 4 digit pin to sign onto windows when i turn on my PC. This hugely slows down my boot time because i like to turn on the pc, go out and grab a cup of water and want to be ready to go when i get back. Now i come back to a PIN screen and then windows keeps loading after that.

I already set the "Require SIgn In" to "NEVER" but it still asks me...

What version of Windows 10 are you on? Version 1909 has a sign-in option at that screen to add or delete a Windows Hello PIN.
