Every time I call the 1-888-571-2048 it just tells me that the call cannot be completed. It used to work and this happens at more than one place.

Ok so the entire state that I live in cannot get through to this number.

How do I report a problem like this to MS?

I called my local phone company and they said they don't have any problems on their side of the network.
