After it stopped responding the first time, did you simply swap the video/sound cards and reboot or did you swap the cards, reformat and reload the OS? If you simply swapped cards and did not reload the OS, then I suggest formatting the HD and trying again.

Also, you don't mention your HD in your specs. Is it brand new?

Slow down your memory and don't overclock if you are doing either of those in the current configuration. I would reformat and try again.

Stick the voodoo in there, take out everything else. don't need anything but mobo/cpu/ram/video/hard drive-- that means disconnect data cables to all cdroms and also floppy.

Press f8 as windows comes up and go to safe mode. Clean up stuff in device manager if necessary. Reboot. If windows comes up properly, shut back down and unplug power cable going to your power supply. Add all the components back 1 at a time- loading windows each time you add a component. When windows fails to come up you have the problem isolated and can work from there. Hope this helps!

Oh, and i see you have 192 megs of ram. Make sure you also narrow down your ram to only 1 stick. Add the modules 1 by 1 also.
