Windows 98 shut down problem

Hi,
I am having a problem shutting Windows. I go to shut down and it comes up saying that it has an unresponding program. I check and it is Rundll32 every time. Every time i close it and then try to shut down, it does it again. How do I fix this?

i got that problem too.............forced to reinstall the OS..........sigh............

Make sure you have the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your system and don't overclock anything.
