W98SETUP caused a General Protection Fault in module KRNL.386.exe at 0001:8B48

Can someone please help me with this error, i get it when i go to install windows 98se.
What is causing this, any help would be appreciated
 
System specs would be more than slightly helpful...but if you have more than 512mb of RAM, thats your first problem..
