Windows 98 password lock question

Is there some sort of hotkey in windows 98 se that I can hit to make the screen saver immediately pop up? Also, is there any other way to lock your windows 98 computer besides saetting a password on your screen saver?

First question: wizmo from grc.com(freeware)
Second question: bios password the only way to go.
