Back in January I installed Norton System works now every few start ups I either get a blue screen error or it manages to load up to background before I get error. Heres the errors I recieve:
Blue Screen Message is: A fatal eception 0E has occured at 0028:C0058A4D
and the other error is : MSGSRV32 caused an exception in 10H module Devcon32.dll at 0177:100117d10
The errors do not occur all the time and seem to have a snaoball effect when they do, I usually have to restart a time or two to launch sucessfully. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions you can give.
