windows 98 device manager question help

Having a problem getting rid of yellow explanation marks
showing on my ide primary, secondary, and standard ide/esdi
hard disk controller in the device manager. I have a 2.1 gb hd as my master on the
primary motherboard plug, a cd rom on the slave primary motherboard plug, and an other hd that is plugged into the
secondary motherboard plug which is not showing up in the my computer section.
How do I solve this problem?
any help appreciated

Two thoughts:
1. Check the jumpers on both HDD's to make sure they are configured for a dual HDD setup..
2. Maybe put both HDD's on the same IDE controller..one as Master the other Slave. Put the CD-ROM
as Master on the Secondary IDE controller.

Good Luck
Thar.

What are your system specs?

What MoBo and OS are you using?

The yellow exclamation marks indicate that you do not have the correct drivers for these devices.
