windows 95:how do i format both my drives, then reinstall windows?

currently i have a slow 1.7gb drive as the master with windows 95 on, and a nice 12.6 gb western digital drive as slave. i want the western digital to have windows on it and be the master. i also want both drives formatted, as they havent been for years and theres alot of crap on them. oh and the 1.7gb drive would be a slave. can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to go about this? i know i'll need to swap some cables, and i'll need a bootdisk (i don't know how to make one ?)

PS i know it's 95 which sucks but i'm getting a new system soon with XP
