Windows 8 - What Version Does This?

Greetings attractive members of this forum! I have a question and an example.

My question is of what version of Windows 8 has semi-transparent Windows7-like windows? More or less areo. Ive looked online and found many retarded guides that pretend to be, but they are just steps that lead to ugly-ass clear UI windows.

See how its sort of like a mic between metro and aero? I like this. I want this, but what do I need to get this?

That's from a beta release of Windows 8. The transparency was dropped for RTM.
