Windows 8 upgrade. Does windows 7 OEM system builder qualify?

I am curious if the windows 7 OEM (system builder) qualify for the windows 8 upgrade. The sales paper for microcenter says it does. I am curious if the 3 pack qualifies also, and if it does, that it qualifies for 3 upgrades. Does anyone know?

One of the recent episodes of Windows Weekly on TWIT covered this topic at some length, but I cannot remember exactly what was said. You might want to download some of the recent episodes of this podcast. Paul Thurrot stays on top of these things pretty well.
 
Currently the idea is that if you have a computer running any version of Windows with a valid lic., you will pay online and it will be upgraded online to Win 8.

Other types of purchasing/upgrading are Not publicly known yet.
