Windows 8 to windows 7

Hello, I have a new Samsung laptop that I just got, it came with windows 8 and honestly I don't like it. It dosent run that programs I need and to, but anyway, I need to put windows 7 on it and I have tried booting from a USB with the edited for uefi mobo setting and I can't seem to have it boot off of it? I have also tried just going to the setup file off the USB on windows 8 and it downloads it all but after it restarts it gets stuck at the "starting windows" screen. I really need help sense I can't run my programs, thanks
 
Just be sure you can get all the drivers you will need for Win7 before you start.

If the laptop was never sold with Win7 that could be a problem.
 
You can't install them until Win7 is installed, so if you can't get it to boot to the install media you won't get very far. You might have an easier time getting your apps to work in Win8, if they work in Win7 I don't see why they wouldn't.
