Windows 8 store

I have multiple accounts on my new laptop set up.

I am an admin and have linked the account with my Windows Live account. So I can go into the store and add apps. No problem.

My other users however do not have MS Live accounts. But to download apps (free ones like Netflix), they want me to create a user account. I absolutely do not want to do this. For my wife, I might set up an account. But my kids (7 and 9) do not need an account. Is there any way to opt out of setting up an account because I could not figure out how to.

I am not sure that the kids accounts are currently set up as "kids accounts".

Should I use my live account to set up their account? What are the ramifications?

For now, I might just have the kids use Netflix on the web browser. But I know that my son (9) will want to get games from the app store and try it out.

Sounds like a personal choice. I would not give kids access to my wallet. When it comes to finances and credit card access, I would have them just give me a list of what apps they wanted and I would buy them, if it were within their allowance, etc.
