Windows 8 login and password question

Sure, I don't own a laptop but I run four different desktop builds that use the same login and password. Having the same OS doesn't matter.

The local user and the Microsoft account should be separate. You can set the local user/pass to whatever you want and change it as you see fit, the microsoft account is your singular master account with one username/password. Each PC you add to it will just add that PC to be associated with your account.

That's how it works for Office2013 and MS accounts, anyway.
