Have I missed something or have they utterly got rid of of what's known as 'Advanced appearance settings' under Personalisation > Window Colour & Appearance?
I can't remember what it was like in windows 7 but under windows 8 I still can change the theme, window colors, pointers, icons under
Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization
and I can change the visual effects and performance at
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools
so it should all be there.
I'm talking about changing window borders, UI fonts, size of the scrollbar, etc. And if the Windows Classic theme is in use, then the title bar colours, window colours, etc.
