Windows 8 boots up in 2 minutes ???

I have 2 issues I cant recall when it started or was like this after clean install

Folders slow loading. I click D drive and I wait,,, 10 seconds and it shows it,, this happens randomely on big folders. couple times a day, and also I know the problem is from one of my drives,, D drive,,,,,,,, it makes a clicking noise when this happens. However shows GOOD in CDI ...

My boot up takes 2 minutes, I stare at the metro opening screen for over 1 minute.

BTW All this on a clean install latest drivers WHQL and latest BIOS... thx
 
Ok I did the fix for slow loading folders.. now I have no issues.. Except that boot up takes 2 minutes or 1:30 other times... thx
