You have multiple pc's that have windows 8? Their linked together through your Microsoft account. As an example, I have my main rig set up with windows 8 and I own a Surface pro. So, when you download an app on one, it shows up on the other as uninstalled. Took me a while to figure this out.

The apps were likely uninstalled at some point. This apps list is all the apps you have a license for, regardless of whether they are installed or not.

That's why, you probably used the same PC name the second time so the apps list refers to the apps you had installed previously, you can go to settings in the store app and go to "your account" and will probably show 2 PCs

It only showed 1 pc. I removed it and it still shows the same thing.

Yeah just makes All apps and Apps installed on the same thing.

You would think it would just show the installed apps like it said.
