Windows 8 Admin tools Deleted

I installed windows 8. I then cleaned up my start menu the same exact way I cleaned up windows 7 start menu. I deleted the Admin Tools short cut folder on the start menu. In windows 7 that worked fine, you could still go into the control panel and launched it their. But of course with windows 8, now when I try and do that from the control panel it says admin tools are missing or gone. Is their any way to get them back without doing another full install of windows? If not then I will probably just go back to windows 7....
