Windows 8.1 Updates Won't install.

I downloaded and installed the updates. Then it tells me to restart my computer, so I do. and it installs the updates while starting up, but after about 15 minutes, it just says " We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing Changes". I don't know why it undo's them, but I need this problem fixed. Please help me.

Microsoft has a downloadable utility to diagnose and fix Windows Update problems. Just Google "fix Windows Update".
