Hello everyone I've decided to share my fix for the mouse lag in Windows 8.1 which makes some games unplayable.

Ok before the fix make sure your in game setting has V-Sync enabled.

Heres the fix. (note: this fix is for 60Hz monitors)

1. Make sure your running driver version 327.23, If your not, use the DDU to un-install your current driver and then install 327.23. (note: in the Nvidia Control Panel make sure V-Sync is set to "application controlled")

DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) link below.

https://forums.geforce.com/default/...iver-uninstaller-ddu-v9-2-released-10-31-13-/

2. Now download NVIDIA Inspector 1.9.7.2

3. Right Click NVIDIA Inspector and "Run as Administrator" (note: if you dont have .NET 3.5 installed youll be prompted to install it.)

Now in the middle of the window youll see driver version, on the right of that click the little "Tool icon".

4. A new window will open and towards the bottom youll see a listing for "Frame Rate Limiter", Choose the setting "58fps", Now up at the top right of the same window click "Apply Changes".

5. The changes are permanent until you set that value back to default "Off" and re-apply the change so now you can delete the NVIIDA Inspector if you wish.

6. Enjoy 🙂

FYI: I only play EVE Online and this fix works so I'm guessing this fix will work for other games effected also.
