Windows explorer search on the 3TB WD red secondary drive stops responding after I get to the 3rd or 4th letter. It has a ton of content.
A quick scan of the drive shows no errors.
SFC /scannow run on my primary boot SSD comes back with corrupt files but cannot fix all of them.
I plan to run a scan of the SSD tonight as well, with HD Sentinel. (a suggestion given to me.)
I am wondering if I need to completely rebuild my index or if something else is at play.
No other issues on my system, used daily for gaming, browsing, web content etc.
Any thoughts? Going to be working on it tonight. If I must I will do a fresh install
