Windows 8.1 drawing app for kids

I have a surface pro 2 which is incredible. My little girl loves to draw on it but she just scribbles obviously and will constantly accidently perform the gestures and charms as the pen goes from the bezzle to the screen. Are there any drawing apps where I can just lock it on the coloring page and don't have to worry about her accidently triggering the gestures? This is driving me crazy and seems so obvious but none of the 'kids paint' kind of programs I've found can do this.

This might help. But due to sandboxing nature, I don't think the apps are able to fiddle with the system UI, so the option won't be built in.
