Windows 7 Upgrade for OEM

Need to upgrade 2 computers to the retail windows 7. Right now they're running the system builders OEM version of Windows Vista. Will there be any problem buying the regular Windows 7 Upgrade versions and installing them on said computers?

I didnt know if it would matter since i'm upgrading from an OEM system builders version.
