Windows 7 Update won't download

Up until now after the release of Win 10, updates were slow, but the came. Now it just stays stuck on "Downloading." I tried disabling Windows Firewall and cleared my hosts file and the update cache, but still a no go.

Anyone have an answer to this?
 
Win 7 takes quite a while - lately about 30-45 minutes. I just let it be and go do other things and it eventually works. The Win 10 updates are also slow - probably queing at MS' servers.
