I want to change language from Italian to English but the relevant update is not working. It shows the update bar and stays on zero.
Therefore I wanted to reinstall from the recovery partition but since it's Italian I don't know how to do it or which menu to open etc.
Can someone please tell me how to reinstall Windows 7, from the beginning, i.e, every menu I must click. I have to do it from the recovery partition since I have no product key.
Or it would be great if someone please tell me how to update the language pack but I don't thing it's possible, mainly as the laptop is infested with various kinds of malware.
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
