hi all,


UAC keep popping up whenever I try to launch VLC player.
I know this is by design, but is there any way of around this?

It doesn't invoke UAC on my machine. What version are you currently running? I'm on 2.0.0 as of last week.
 
Have you changed the settings at all and are you on a limited account or an admin account?
