Windows 7 - Two questions, hibernation & taskbar?

I just installed windows 7 on my P4 Precott and am perplexed at two things. I cannot get "hibernate" to appear in the start menu. I would rather use my mouse to put it into hibernate than my power button. I don;t see an option for this, but it does hibernate just fine using the power button.

Secondly, I absolutly HATE!!! the new taskbar. Is there a way to make it behave like the XP / Vista style?

You can always make a hibernate shortcut and put it anywhere you want.

C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0

Give the taskbar time to grow on you. It's a natural reaction to hate it. You may just like it better once you get used to it.
