Windows 7 Snipping tool is missing

I did a custom installation of windows 7 and i must have removed it from the installation CD when I made it with RT7Lite.

Is there a way for me to download and install the Snipping tool? I found one on the microsoft website but it's for Windows xp/vista only. Thanks in advance guys.
 
Snipping Tool is packaged in Tablet Components. In Control Panel, Programs and Features, open Windows Features and make sure Tablet Components is checked.
