Windows 7 - Snap to edge of screen

In Windows 7 I've disabled the annoying snap-to feature that would automatically expand a window to half or full-screen when you drag the window to the edge of the screen.

However, I would find it very handy to be able to snap windows to the edge of the screen without having their size changed.

Can this be done? If not, are there any simple third party utilities that can do this? I'm running Classic Shell, but I don't believe this is a feature.

Display Fusion can do it AFAIK or close enough, but it is not free...
