I can't seem to get the second card to show up in device manager. It was working when I first installed it. I removed and reinstalled once going to try again. I searched around a little and didn't find anything saying this posted recently, there were some older sli bsod/lockup issues but those have apparently fixed.
Apparently it had something to do with the TV tuner in the slot above the 2nd video card. I don't know if it was pushing down on it a little or what but I removed it and it worked. It's back in and working again.
