Microsoft was going to have a big announcement which most people figured was free upgrade or UI changes when RC was launched.

But this sorta sucks i was about to try it out too. though i dont like putting so much trust into leaks. Is there any md5 or other verification this hasnt been modified?
It is faster than 7077 for me, even on a vhd install.

Aww the placebo effect. 7100 is 7076, 7077 was compiled from the same sources right after and released as a weekly while 7076/7100 was escrowed for QA.
It probably is, although it's not as big of a deal as it would seem on first glance. They're basically just packaging VirtualPC with the business editions of W7. VPC was already free, so what you gain is a "free" XP license, and the integration is a bit better than VPC.Originally posted by: KeypoX
