Windows 7 power settings for SSD and HDD

Is there a way to apply different power options for an SSD and HDD in Windows 7?

I read that it is okay for SSDs to stay on. But if I have a secondary HDD for my other files / data, how can I configure it so that it is in low power mode when not in use?
