Windows 7 Pinned Folder & Programs (Problem)

I have Windows 7 Home Premium x64 and I am having a problem with the pinned programs & Folders
I can't remove a shortcut to my PDF Documents Folder that I pinned on the "Windows Explorer" icon on the taskbar
The folder no longer is in the spot that windows thinks it is in (I have tried to recreate the folder in that spot and then delete it but that does not work either) I click on the unpin button and it turns orange but it will not let me delete it (I am not going to Format because of one small problem) So is there another way to fix this?
