Windows 7 OEM Media, Help

I have a new desktop that's causing me some trouble. It's running a 64 bit copy of OEM Windows 7 Professional (the kind you buy at NewEgg), but I have a software incompatibility and need to run 32 bit Windows 7.

If I download one of the official Windows 7 downloads floating around (for digital download customers) will it activate my OEM key? Before I get mauled/flamed, I'm not trying to do anything illegal - I bought this OEM copy of Windows with this system and I am the system builder - I just need to figure out how to use this license with 32 bit media, and where to find said media.

32bit oem will work with a 64bit oem key. I don't know about the different media versions.

All Vista/Win7 installation medias have the ability to install both OEM and retail keycodes. If the installation media you use in this case isn't a generic "non-branded" 32 bit OEM CD (i.e. like the one you bought from Newegg), it won't activate via the Internet process and you'll have to activate via the phone process. However, you shouldn't have a problem with this as you do have a legitimate Windows license.
