Windows 7 License rights/keys 32bit vs 64 bit

I have a Windows 7 Home Premium Family Pack[DVD] I purchased last fall in anticipation of building/updating my home computers. I know I'm going to have one system capable of using more than 8gb of RAM.

Can I install windows 7 64 bit using the license key from this family pack?

Can I install Windows 7 in 32 bit on one of the three computers and then 64 bit on another with the license or do they all have to be the same version?

Should the DVD have both 32 bit & 64 bit versions? If not, how could I obtain the 64 bit version?

Any downsides or upsides to not using 64 bit on all of the computers?

Finally, if all of the installs have to be 32 bit, what are the options for obtaining a 64 bit license?

There should be 2 install dvds on there I thought. But the license is definitely 32 and 64. Check this link.

I guess my 32/64 bit concerns are coming from Neweggs advertised sales of Windows 7. There sales ads keep listing if the Win & version on sale is 32 or 64. This would seem to imply a restriction of some sort. Thoughts?

AFAIK all Win7 keys work on both 32-bit and 64-bit editions, although I wouldn't be surprised if the ultra gimped versions like Starter had special restrictions.

You can install either the 32 or 64 bit in each of your three computer licenses.
