Windows 7 Keeps going to sleep while downloading

I thought Windows shouldn't sleep it there is network traffic?

I'm downloading some large files from Microsoft and the computer keeps going to sleep and cutting off the downloads... anyways, I just turned my computer to "high performance" instead of balanced. I'd rather keep my machine in balanced mode and have it sleep when it is done.
