Windows 7 Intel Chipset Software Utility

I noticed that the intel chipset drivers are older than intel's latest INF package so i decided i'd go ahead and update those first.

I attempted to install them only to have the ability to click through all steps with apparent driver installation/update.

UAC is set to 'Never Notify' and i have tried 'run as administrator' even though i am the administrator.

Any help please?

I downloaded the latest intel chipset drivers, then created a shortcut to the .exe and added an "-A" at the end of the target line. This will extract all the files to the location program files/intel

Then I went and manually updated each intel component in device manager in Windows 7. 90% of the time it installed the intel driver because it was newer than what came with Windows 7.
