I ordered this two days before the promotion started. It hasn't arrived yet (as of 3/13) and decided to ask them if they would honor the coupon for me anyway. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

I explained to "Edward" via chat what happened and that it wouldn't be a problem if they couldn't since I didn't order it during the "sale" day.

He said it wouldn't be a problem and refunded the $20 to me anyway!

How awesome is that!!!!

That's good news....Newegg customer service has been getting some bad raps lately. Perhaps they are once again beginning to realize that customer service is what brought them to the dance in the first place!!!
