Windows 7 firewall control software

Hi.

I'm desperately looking for a Windows 7 firewall control software.

What I mean is a GUI which just controls the Windows 7 build-in firewall (as opposed to an separate firewall software).

I found so far:
1. Windows 7 Firewall Control (http://www.sphinx-soft.com/Vista/index.html)
2. Windows 7 Firewall Control (http://www.binisoft.org)

Both not really top notch, but better than fiddling around with Windows 7 firewall GUI.

What I would like to have is a popup (notification) window when an outbound and/or inbound connection is attempted, followed by detailed possibilities to define the rule.

Or ... is Windows 7 firewall itself able to notify the user of any blocked inbound and outbound connection?

Any ideas ...?

Was the question not clear (shall I rephrase?)?

The W7 FW is not very inruitive to handle.
Is there any tool (apart those 2 mentioned above) which can be put on top in order to control the W7 FW?

I am pretty sure that is what this does. It is recommended on a lot of forums. I tried it once and it popups for all connections and you can do it one time or save your answer as a rule.
