Windows 7 Extended Memory Diagnostic fails 21%

I've ran windows extended memory diagnostic on my new kit in standard mode and it passes, like 10 times. I decided to run it in extended mode and it has consistently failed at 21%

Is the memory stick bad or is it an issue with Windows Memory Diagnostics?

EDIT: 1 8gb stick running at 1.5v cl9 1067, specs are 1.35v 1600MHz cl8.8.8.24

EDIT2: F it, both machines I have fail at 21% in extended Windows Memory Diagnostic. It's the piece of shut test

good job cavs :T

I plan on doing HCI and IBT and some P95 when I get the OS fully updated and customized. Both of my machines, different memory kits, fail at 21% with the same test. It's gotta be an issue with the extended part of the Windows Memory Diagnostics

thought i'd update this thread.. with the extended test, I had to enable the Cache to pass the 21% mark.. now the test has been working as I would suppose it should
