Windows 7 driver for ATI Xpress 200m / 1150 integrated laptop videocard?

What's the best (performance-wise and "low number of bugs"-wise) 32-bit Windows 7 driver version for the ATI Xpress 200m / 1150 integrated laptop videocard?

I am currently using the drivers from Windows Update. Should I install the last available version provided by ATI (legacy driver 10.2)? Or should I get another version?

The ATI website does not seem to offer driver versions 10.2 and below for Windows 7 as a download, only the XP / Vista versions. (The Vista versions of the drivers are available only for Xpress 1150 and Xpress 200, not 200m). Will the XP / Vista drivers work in Windows 7?

The videocard will be used to play mostly old games that support up to Pixel Shader 1.4. I will also be watching H264 videos (with CoreAVC).

The change logs between the versions can be viewed here: filehippo.com/download_ati_catalyst_xp/changelog/7067/.
