Please read this thread before you assume it's a pirating question :)

I recently went to a Microsoft Event where they gave away free copies of Windows 7. However, they only gave the 32bit dvd to us. Since Windows 7 product keys are good for both 32 and 64 bit installs, my question is, is it possible to download the 64 bit version somewhere so I can install it instead of the 32 bit version they gave me?

I was thinking of contacting MS about this, but wanted to check with you all first.

Thanks!

Send an E-Mail to Juliana at the email in your PM

They will send you the 64 bit dvd
Be sure to include your Name, Address, Phone # and which event you
went to (they may verify that you were registered, not sure)

I got my 64 Bit DVD just before Thanksgiving day from them that way.

I'm thinking she may not appreciate you posting her email address on a public forum. I know that I wouldn't. When the bot gets it she will be spammed to death...

I pulled the email out of my original post and sent a PM to him
with the info. You may want to delete it from your quote of my post.
FYI .. that email is well known by now by launch event attenders.
It has been posted before by others.
