Windows 7 Download help

I know we are nto allowed to talk about illegal downloads but I have a question.

I registered for a windows 7 beta key when they were giving them out. I succesfully got one but did not get the download(busy at the time and did not manage to get it completed).

I can find windows7 on torrent sites. Is there any legal problems with this, should I do this? or is there another way?

It is not the way that MS wants people to get the beta. That said they don't seem to have a problem with it either. They have said in blogs several times that they have millions of people testing the beta. I'm pretty sure all those millions of people did not come from the MS ftp sites
